Under normal circumstances deliveries to the UK will be made within 28 days. In the event that an item is out of stock, and cannot be delivered within that timescale, we will contact you to discuss the situation, and provide a refund if required.
Package the goods in suitable packaging and mark the outer box clearly with your returns number. (goods will not be accepted without a returns number)
Customers must have a returns number before any goods can be returned.
Goods only with a valid returns number marked on the outer packing will be accepted.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
No contract will subsist between you and Virtualbookcompany.co.uk for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Virtualbookcompany.co.uk accepts your order by e-mail or telephone confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Virtualbookcompany.co.uk sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail), or communicates with you by telephone. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Virtualbookcompany.co.uk irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
